Course Methodology

This course relies on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all critical activities for agile project management. The course also includes several case studies and presentations by participants, followed by group discussions. In addition, this course incorporates pre-and post-testing.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Define agile project management frameworks, processes, methodologies and agile mindset in compliance with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards
  •  Implement value-driven delivery approach in agile projects
  • Engage the agile project stakeholders through establishing an active dialogue
  • Explain the roles and responsibilities for each member of the team and build a high-performance agile team
  • Implement adaptive planning on the agile project that will enable the team to respond to changes effectively
  • Detect issues and risks in agile projects, manage them and determine the best way to resolve them
  • Incorporate continuous improvement to agile projects through process analysis and process tailoring
  • Identify problems, impediments, and risks; prioritize them and resolve them in a timely manner.
