This course uses a combination of interactive presentations, group discussions, exam-focused exercises, case studies, individual reflection, quizzes, and PMP®-style practice questions. Participants will analyze project scenarios, interpret project information, review visual data, practice selecting the best answer, and develop a personal exam preparation plan.

This course is designed for project managers, project leaders, project coordinators, program managers, PMO professionals, engineers, consultants, business analysts, team leaders, and experienced professionals preparing for the PMP® certification exam.
This course is aligned with the updated PMP® Exam Content Outline for the exam launching on 9 July 2026. PMI confirms that the updated outline defines what is tested on the new exam and that preparation should align with the new ECO for candidates testing from 9 July 2026 onward.
The course supports the 35 hours of project management training required for PMP® application eligibility, provided the course duration and delivery meet PMI’s training-hour requirements. PMI states that PMP candidates must complete at least 35 hours of project management training aligned with the PMP Exam Content Outline.
