Course Methodology

This course uses a combination of interactive presentations, group discussions, exam-focused exercises, case studies, individual reflection, quizzes, and PMP®-style practice questions. Participants will analyze project scenarios, interpret project information, review visual data, practice selecting the best answer, and develop a personal exam preparation plan.

This course is aligned with the updated PMP® Exam Content Outline for the exam launching on 9 July 2026. PMI confirms that the updated outline defines what is tested on the new exam and that preparation should align with the new ECO for candidates testing from 9 July 2026 onward.

The course supports the 35 hours of project management training required for PMP® application eligibility, provided the course duration and delivery meet PMI’s training-hour requirements. PMI states that PMP candidates must complete at least 35 hours of project management training aligned with the PMP Exam Content Outline.
