Line Managers Role in Human Resources

Two aspects which are critical for human resources management to be successful are the presence of well thought out practices and the effectiveness of their implementation. Line managers are responsible for most of the implementation part. In many organizations, line managers are charged with various HR-related tasks, such as filling out performance appraisal forms, interviewing candidates for employment, making salary increase recommendations and many other responsibilities
The purpose of this webinar is to introduce a number of benefits that exist in using line managers as developers of people enabling the rise of a new partnership between line management and the human resources management.

Dr. Tawk is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) by the Society for Human Resource Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC™) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP™) accredited by the Institute for Performance and Learning. He is also certified in occupational health and safety by NEBOSH (UK) and is a registered organization development consultant (RODC) with the International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC). He serves as an advisor on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
