Course Methodology

This course relies on individual and group exercises aimed at helping participants learn all the critical activities related to project management. The course also features several case studies and role-plays by participants, followed by discussions. Also, the course includes practice questions similar to the CAPM® exam style. In addition, this course incorporates pre- and post-testing.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Define what a “project” is and understand the fundamental concepts, terminology, and processes of project management
  • Apply project management principles across predictive, agile, and hybrid environments
  • Describe how project governance, compliance, and change management function within a project environment
