In addition, Jimmy holds certification as a Myers-Briggs type indicator practitioner (MBTI) and is a certified human resources business professional (HRBP) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), a certified professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP), a certified training practitioner (CTP) from the Institute of Performance and Learning and a certified professional in learning and performance (CPLP) from the Association of Talent Development.
