Education

Mr. Mohamad Jamil is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree, both from the American University of Beirut. Mohamad is certified by Development Dimensions International (DDI) in interviewing and selection, by Insights Discovery in occupational profiling, by Saville & Holdsworth (SHL) in assessment and development centers, and by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In addition, he is trained in utilizing advanced facilitation methodologies such as Open Space, World Café, and virtual platforms.

Experience

Mohamad specializes in delivering human capital consulting and capability-building solutions across various industries in the Middle East. He has led and contributed to projects focused on organizational change, cultural transformation, total rewards, and integrated human capital strategies encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee retention. His experience includes conducting job analysis, developing competency models, designing job evaluation and grading systems, and implementing salary structures. He has also managed assessment and development centers and contributed to leadership development programs. In parallel, Mohamad has designed and delivered HR and talent management learning solutions for organizational leaders, technical teams, and HR professionals. He plays an active role in business development, overseeing proposal design and client engagement across the region. His client portfolio includes leading organizations such as SMLC (Pepsi), ADNOC, ADMCC, MBRSG, Saudi Vision Realization Offices, Mitsubishi, Johnson & Johnson, Puig, Richemont, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Transmed, MenaBev, and Dubai Islamic Bank.
