Education

Ms. Louise Whaites is Director of Programs and Operations at PLUS Specialty Training, Meirc’s technical training division. Louise has a double Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Phonetics from the University of Leeds, UK.

Experience

With more than 15 years of professional experience in the training industry, Louise has extensive knowledge of training program design, implementation, and quality assurance. Before joining Meirc, Louise worked within a large international training, conferences, and exhibitions organization, specializing in their training division. During this time, Louise assisted with the quality assurance of products, as well as the establishment of new qualifications and courses, and the development of relationships with professional organizations such as City and Guilds, Chartered Institute of Management (CIM), and Association for Talent and Development.

Expertise

Louise currently leads operations and program management for PLUS Specialty Training, Meirc’s specialized training division. This includes research and development of new courses and products, establishing and managing supplier relationships, and leading the day-to-day operations of the PLUS Specialty Training team.
