Education

Hadi is a management consultant at Meirc. He began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, specializing in power and control systems. His passion for finance led him to pursue an MBA at École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) and a Master's in Management at ESCP Europe in Paris, focusing on financial reporting and strategic management. He continued his education with a Master's in Financial Engineering at the American University of Beirut, where he explored stochastic processes, decision analysis, and optimization models. Additionally, Hadi is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds certifications in Project Management (PMP) and CFA Institute’s Sustainable Investing (ESG Investing). Hadi has also earned several certificates in banking and finance, including certifications in securities, international investment, and business ethics from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Experience

Hadi started his professional career as a Project Engineer at Dar Al Handasah, managing significant projects across the Gulf region from design to execution. This role sharpened his skills in forecasting, budgeting, and project management. After building a strong foundation in project management, he transitioned into commercial and investment banking with Emirates Lebanon Bank (ex BNPI) and Banque Libano-Française. During his banking tenure, Hadi specialized in project financing, corporate finance, financial analysis, business development, leadership, team building and management, and digitalization transformation projects.Hadi is passionate about education and teaches several courses in financial reporting, banking and finance, corporate finance, financial management, and budgeting at leading universities in Lebanon.
