During the 30-month pandemic, thousands of students enrolled in Meirc programs. Some people participated virtually, while others physically gathered. How much did each group improve their knowledge? Mr. Rabih Rizk is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science in education and a master of science in education, both from the Lebanese University in Lebanon and a master of science in human resources management and training from the University of Leicester in UK. In addition, Rabih is a CIPD associate holding a level 7 certificate in HR and is certified to deliver international training programs in leadership, organizational behavior, innovation, and experiential learning.
