Online or Face-to-face - Where do we learn more?

During the 30-month pandemic, thousands of students enrolled in Meirc programs. Some people participated virtually, while others physically gathered. How much did each group improve their knowledge? Who had the higher test scores? What can we learn from this? Is there anything we can glean from analyzing the numbers? Mr. Rabih Rizk is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science in education and a master of science in education, both from the Lebanese University in Lebanon and a master of science in human resources management and training from the University of Leicester in UK. In addition, Rabih is a CIPD associate holding a level 7 certificate in HR and is certified to deliver international training programs in leadership, organizational behavior, innovation, and experiential learning.
