In this course, participants will engage in extensive role-plays to develop their coaching and mentoring skills. Participants will also give mini presentations to the groups to demonstrate and share their understanding of the course material. Group activities will also be used to deal with challenging cases, and participants will receive feedback on their coaching and mentoring.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Apply structured coaching processes to diagnose performance issues and conduct effective coaching sessions using appropriate strategies.
Utilize coaching models and formulate targeted questions to address different personality styles and enhance coaching effectiveness.
