The Effective Analyst: From Research to Execution

Solving problems in the business world is essential to keeping things moving smoothly. Although problems differ in complexity, they almost all can be approached in a structured manner that increases the chances of finding a successful solution. Analysts who are able to master this structured approach and apply it practically, from research to execution, are an asset to any organization. The purpose of this webinar is to introduce principles that can help analysts provide structured approaches to problem solving in different environments.

Dr. Mohammed Nayal is a partner at Meirc Training and Consulting and General Manager of the company’s offices in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a bachelor of science degree in systems and control engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a master of science in engineering economic systems from Stanford University, a master's in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, and a doctorate in education from the University of Glasgow. In addition, Dr. Nayal is a certified business data analyst (CBDA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and a certified training practitioner (CTP) from the Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL).
