Client Relations Manager
Mr. Biyrouti is the Client Relations Manager with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a BSc in Dental Medicine and an MBA in General Management from City University of Seattle in the USA and is a certified trainer in professional communication skills, coaching and counseling.
Before joining Meirc, Mr. Biyrouti held several sales and marketing positions with multinational organizations. He was Product Specialist at Hoechst Marion Roussel and then Franchise Specialist at Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). During his tenure with MSD, he played an instrumental role marketing the brand within the near Middle East and Africa region. He was involved in drawing the regional market map which significantly improved marketing activities, reduced marketing expenditure and resulted in significant sales increments. He was also involved in developing market expansion programs (patient recruitment and public affairs campaigns) with the involvement of key opinion leaders. Mr. Biyrouti’s professional experience encompasses formulating business strategy, shaping recommendations and performing analyses to validate findings. His primary interests are to develop new business opportunities and build business models. He works effectively in a multicultural environment, across organizational boundaries, with staff at all levels.
With Meirc, Mr. Biyrouti is responsible for developing pricing and promotion strategies, balancing the firm’s marketing objectives and improving customer satisfaction. He is also in charge of formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze findings while continuously consulting with customers to get feedback regarding Meirc’s products and services.
