He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan and an MSc in Engineering Systems Management from the American University of Sharjah. In addition to his formal education, Hani holds several certificates in Data Analytics, including Machine Learning, Big Data for Social Analytics, and Six Sigma. Hani has over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management leadership, specifically in FMCG, cold chain, and transportation industries. As Head of UAE Logistics with BRF, he orchestrated end-to-end operations, optimizing logistics strategies and achieving substantial cost savings while ensuring budget adherence. His expertise spans port management, warehousing, S&OP, and cross-border transfers. Hani has also led supply chain Digital Transformation programs in Turkey, focusing on ERP implementations and integrating them with warehousing, route planning, and Agri-Tech platforms. Previously, with a tenure spanning over ten years at Aramex International, Hani held pivotal roles in logistics operations and strategic planning. He established a Project Management Office (PMO) at international companies, which helped him consistently drive operational efficiencies and foster high-performance teams.
