Jimmy's professional credentials include certifications as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner, a Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) from the Institute of Performance and Learning. He also holds designations as a Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society of Human Resource Management and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) from the Association of Talent Development (ATD) in the US.
