Important Notice: Unauthorized Use of Meirc's Trademark and Identity
We hereby issue this alert to our valued clients, associates, and the general public, informing them of an ongoing impersonation of our organization.
It has come to our attention that an unidentified entity is unlawfully impersonating our registered trade name and trademark, duly registered in the United Arab Emirates since October 31, 2004, under trademark numbers 057761 and 057762. This entity is manipulating our trade name by omitting letters while using a logo closely resembling our official logo and fraudulently utilizing our office address, P.O. Box number, and the date of our firm's establishment. Furthermore, this unauthorized entity is disseminating training certificates bearing logos that closely mimic our official logo and contacting our existing and potential clients from email addresses that are similar to ours—thereby falsely assuming our firm's reputable professional background.
Be advised that any material, including certificates and training documents, originating from this unauthorized entity will not be recognized or honored by our organization. Legal proceedings will be instigated against said entity in accordance with prevailing criminal and civil laws.
