Mr. Fadi Chahrouri is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, USA and a master of international business from the University of Wollongong, Australia, Dubai campus. In addition, Fadi is a Mind Mapping licensed instructor, ThinkBuzan accredited, and a certified training practitioner (CTP™) from the Institute of Performance and Learning, Canada.
Fadi has over 20 years of international experience with companies in the consumer, retail, safety and security, healthcare, and automobile industries. Throughout his corporate career, he worked with leading multinational companies on developing their regional sales, marketing and customer service functions, managing their brands and working closely with distributors at the domestic and regional levels. As part of his responsibilities he opened up new markets introducing some of the brands he represented for the first time in several Middle Eastern countries. With 3M Gulf, he was regional marketing manager responsible for their safety, security, dental and medical products. During his tenure at 3M, Fadi launched regional marketing campaigns earning him a prestigious international marketing excellence award. He also received his Six Sigma Green Belt qualification and led several special projects focusing on operational issues such as quality and work process improvement. With Renault Middle East, Dubai, he assumed the responsibility of assistant area manager in charge of PR, advertising, pricing strategy and brand positioning. With Kodak (Near East Inc.), Fadi started his working career as business and marketing development executive. He soon became in charge of opening distributor outlets and launching Kodak products, and his responsibilities ranged from developing the annual business plan to selecting and evaluating distributors and training their sales forces.
Fadi considers himself first and foremost a strategic, albeit practical and down to earth marketer. However, he brings to Meirc expertise in many complementary fields such as sales, customer service, creativity and innovation. With Meirc, Fadi provides training and development courses and solutions in customer service, brand management, marketing, sales, general management, as well as interpersonal and communication skills and self-development.
