Mr. Rami Kantari is a partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor of science degree in health care administration from California State University in Long Beach, and a master of business administration from National University in San Diego, both in the USA. In addition, Rami is certified in neuro linguistic programming (NLP), a certified and licensed user of Daniel Goleman’s emotional and social competence inventory (ESCI), U.S.A. and a certified training practitioner (CTP).
Rami has over 20 years of global experience in management. He held a number of managerial positions in the USA, including working with Health Net Inc. from 1995 until 1998. In addition, Rami was general manager and consultant at Brain International in Lebanon where he was in charge of supporting his corporate clients by offering them a number of consulting services such as locating international and regional suppliers and negotiating agreements with their distributors, as well as conducting training courses in business management, sales development and team leadership. During that period, Rami was instrumental in providing sales management consulting services for Bristol Myers Squibb in Lebanon and for providing business development consulting services for the board of Mersaco, a premier distributor of pharmaceuticals.
With Meirc, Rami conducts certification programs in management, leadership and communication, negotiation, persuasion and influence, leadership agility and resilience, personal branding and presence, emotional intelligence and social media strategies. He is the company’s subject matter expert in social media and a key decision maker in how Meirc positions itself on the web to retain its regional influence. Rami, a 2 times Olympian - 1984 and 1988 when he was honored by the mayor of the city of Long Beach, U.S.A. - is also a motivational speaker who is currently listed in the Top 100 Influential Arabs Online (top100arabs.com), and ranks among the world’s top online influencers on (www.riseglobal/online-influencer).
