Youssef K. Gaspard, PhD - Partner
Dr. Gaspard is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University in Los Angeles, and a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales Management from Washington International University in the United States.
Dr. Gaspard held several senior and executive positions with a number of regional and multinational firms. He started his management career as Marketing Manager with Singer International in Beirut, and then became Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa based in Beirut, Amman, Cyprus and Nairobi. After that, Dr. Gaspard held the position of Training & Operations Manager with American Life Insurance Company in Sharjah and Beirut before being appointed as General Manager for White Stores Company in Kuwait. Prior to joining Meirc, he was Executive Director with Al-Ghuthmi & Sons in Saudi Arabia and Sales & Management Trainer with General Motors in Beirut and Dubai.
Dr. Gaspard’s primary training and consulting competence focus on people management and supervision, negotiation skills and customer service, with special emphasis on how to build a customer service culture within organizations. He is also competent in providing finance training for non-finance executives as well as being the champion for a number of sales and general management related training solutions which aim at emphasising the skills of sales professionals, at all levels. As a result of his NLP certification, Dr. Gaspard is also a specialist in personality profiling for leaders and executives.
