Jimmy S. Haddad, Senior Consultant
Education
Mr. Haddad is a Senior Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a BA in International Business Management from Notre Dame University, Lebanon, an MA in Educational Technology with a concentration in Human Performance Technology from Concordia University, Canada, and a graduate certificate in Leadership and Human Resources Management from McGill University, Canada. In addition, Mr. Haddad is a certified Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and holds a certification as an MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner.
Experience
Mr. Haddad began his professional career working at Alarm Zone, a call center dedicated for selling and supporting household alarm systems in North America. Soon after joining, he was promoted to Team Supervisor responsible for coordinating operational activities, designing and developing best practices and coaching team members. He then joined Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada as a Training Specialist responsible for designing and developing classroom-based and eLearning courses. As a Business Solutions Consultant at Standard Life, Mr. Haddad was in charge of examining and evaluating existing processes in an effort to implement new operational systems. His role also included developing operational solutions, conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs, as well as identifying and implementing best practices. Prior to joining Meirc, Mr. Haddad was the Managing Director of HTD Consulting, a consulting practice focusing on eLearning design and development, HR consulting, HR administration and delivering training.
Expertise
With Meirc, Mr. Haddad conducts a variety of programs in the areas of training and development, leadership and management, human resources management, interpersonal skills and self-development.
