George R. Khayat, Partner
Mr. Khayat is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a BS in Management from the Lebanese American University, an MS in Marketing and Communication from ESCP-EAP University in France, and is currently completing an MS in Management from St. Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut. Mr. Khayat is a Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA, The Graduate Board of Management), a Chartered Marketer (Chartered Institute of Marketing, CIM), and a Certified Sales Professional (CSP, Sales Training International). He is also a member of international sales and marketing professional associations such as SMEI and CSPA.
Before joining Meirc, Mr. Khayat held positions in sales and marketing management for leading companies in Lebanon. He worked with brands such as LG, Aiwa, Tecnogas, Candy, and Villeroy & Boch. His main tasks were coaching and training sales teams, preparing yearly marketing plans and sales forecasts, developing retail and wholesale channels, negotiating with suppliers, preparing yearly communication plans and other tasks related to managing the commercial functions of these companies. In addition, Mr. Khayat has extensive teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different universities. He conducted various training programs for private companies and the OMSAR (Office of the Minister of Strategic and Administrative Reform) in Lebanon and held managerial positions as Director of Studies and Faculty at Pigier Business Schools and the Campus Director at the C&E American University Institute.
Mr. Khayat conducts training programs for Meirc in the areas of marketing, sales, customer service, communication, general management, negotiation, and behavioral skills.
