Ziad A. Zennie, Ph.D. - Partner
|Dr. Zennie is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He is a graduate of the American University of Beirut, holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton, Ohio and a Doctorate in Educational Administration with an emphasis on Corporate Training from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, US. Dr. Zennie is an accredited facilitator of the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and a certified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He is the co-author of Developing Multicultural Leaders: The Journey to Leadership Success (with Dr. Farid Muna), published by Palgrave Macmillan, UK, 2010.
Dr. Zennie brings over thirty years of professional experience in education, management training, and consulting. He has held professorships at universities in the United States and Lebanon. Before joining Meirc, Ziad was the Assistant Principal of the Industrial Training Centers with ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia and Director of the Continuing Education Division with Brainpower, a leading HR consultancy firm in Lebanon. As President of IMPACT, Human Resource Counselors, a US-based firm, Dr. Zennie trained and consulted with General Electric Aircraft Engines, the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Technical College and a number of educational institutions.
Dr. Zennie’s areas of specialty include leadership development, emotional intelligence, as well as adult learning and the management, design, delivery and evaluation of training. Others areas of expertise and interest include human resource management, team building, talent management and succession planning, as well as training and executive coaching in the areas of interpersonal and personal development.
