Dr. Zennie is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with an emphasis on Corporate Training from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

Dr. Zennie has held various professorships at a number of universities in the United States and in Lebanon. His professional career also includes the following: Assistant Principal of the Industrial Training Centers with ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia and Director of the Continuing Education Division with Brainpower Inc. in Lebanon. As President of IMPACT, Human Resource Counselors, a US-based consultancy firm, he has consulted with General Electric Aircraft Engines, the University of Cincinnati, and Cincinnati Technical College on various organizational development initiatives.

Dr. Zennie has designed and conducted training programs in the management and evaluation of training, career development, facilitation and interpersonal skills, leadership development, group process and team building, train-the-trainer, negotiation skills, self management, and creative problem solving and decision making. An accredited facilitator of the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Dr. Zennie has also done extensive research on teams in Fortune 500 companies in the United States.
