Dr. Gaspard is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Los Angeles and a Doctorate degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Sales Management from Washington International University in the United States.

Dr. Gaspard held several senior and executive positions with a number of regional and multinational firms, such as Regional Director with Singer International in Beirut, Amman, Cyprus and Nairobi; Training & Operations Manager with American Life Insurance Company in Sharjah and Beirut; General Manager with White Stores Company in Kuwait; Executive Director with Al-Ghuthmi & Sons in Saudi Arabia; and Sales and Management Trainer with General Motors in Beirut and Dubai.

Dr. Gaspards primary training and consulting interests focus on supervision, negotiation skills, customer service, sales and marketing, as well as general management and finance. In addition, Dr. Gaspard is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming NLP.
