About Us
Souheil Eldanaf (Operations Manager) |

Mr. Souheil Eldanaf is the Operations Manager of Meirc Training & Consulting. He is a Computer Science graduate of Western Connecticut State University, and has studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering at Fairfield University in the USA. He is co-owner of a U.S. Patent titled “Internally Generated Rotor Set” for handling highly abrasive and viscous fluids. Mr. Eldanaf is certified from CISCO, CCDA/CCNA for CISCO routers, and from 3COM for Wireless Technology. He also has extensive experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation Mr. Eldanaf started his professional career in 1989 in the USA as a Design Engineer for Sealed Air Corporation designing machinery components. Later on, he was promoted to Project Manager where he had to train, support and manage teams on one of the hand-held product lines of the company. During his employment with Sealed Air, he was able to co-design and co-develop a new metering pump, which led to a new U.S. Patent registration. In 2000, he shifted focus from Engineering to Computing and became involved with Networking, secured databases and RSA-based websites development for banks and financial institutions. In 2001, Mr. Eldanaf expanded his IT knowledge by delving into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software sales management, training and implementation. With Meirc, Mr. Eldanaf is responsible for Operations and Office Management. In his capacity as such, he is in charge of managing the Administration Team and various internal processes, such as Meirc’s ERP, Website, Online Marketing, Production, Quality, Information Technology (IT), and other operational related duties. |
