Mr. Baalbaki is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from the French University in Beirut, Lebanon.

Mr. Baalbaki started his career in 1971 in Lebanon in the banking sector where he was involved in all aspects of banking operations and customer relations. He then joined Meirc as a practicing lawyer and legal consultant. As a practicing lawyer, he dealt with civil, commercial and corporate law matters including developing and negotiating contracts, as well as assisting multinational corporations and banks in their operations. Between 1973 and 1976, he was member of the negotiating team responsible for drawing up the legal agreements between the Saudi Arabian Bechtel Company and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu. In 1982, when Meirc established a joint venture training company in Saudi Arabia, Mr. Baalbaki was appointed Executive Director with full management, operational, business and market development responsibilities. Between 1987 and 1993, he was the President and Owner of Management Recruiters Inc., a US - based recruitment firm providing full professional recruitment and selection services for Fortune 500 companies.

With Meirc, Mr. Baalbaki conducts training programs in Arabic, English and French in the areas of interpersonal skills, self-development, sales and customer service, in addition to contract administration, negotiation and selling skills.
