Mr. Rayes is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master of Business Administration from Leicester University, U.K. He has also completed a number of executive programs in Management.

Mr. Rayes has more than 23 years experience in sales, customer service, as well as middle and senior level managerial skills gained with a number of regional companies headquartered in Beirut, Athens and Dubai. Early in his career he was a client service supervisor at Credit Libanais, one of the largest Lebanese banks. In 1988, he moved to Athens to assume the position of Sales Manager at Widriss SA, a major food trading company covering the Middle East, North Africa and East Europe. Mr. Rayes has also worked as Business Manager of Hazar media group of companies where he was responsible for sales, client relations, business operations and management of 10 supervisory-level professionals.

Since joining Meirc, Mr. Rayes was involved in the business development efforts of the company as well as managing its administrative functions. During this time, he has conducted numerous training programs in the areas of management and supervision, administration, customer service, sales, behavioral skills and self-development.
