||Mr. Haddad is a Management Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a bachelor degree in International Business Management from Notre Dame University, Lebanon and a Master in Educational Technology with a concentration in Human Performance Technology from Concordia University, Canada. In addition, Mr. Haddad holds two graduate certificates in Leadership and Human Resources Management from McGill University, Canada and is a Certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) Practitioner.
Mr. Haddad began his professional career working at Alarm Zone, a call center dedicated for selling and supporting household alarm systems in North America. Soon after joining, he was promoted to Team Supervisor responsible for coordinating operational activities, designing and developing best practices and coaching team members. He then joined Standard Life Assurance Company of Canada as a Training Specialist responsible for designing and developing classroom-based and eLearning courses. As a Consultant, Business Solutions, at Standard Life, Mr. Haddad was in charge of examining and evaluating existing processes in an effort to implement new operational systems. His role also included developing operational solutions, conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs, as well as identifying and implementing best practices. Prior to joining Meirc, Mr. Haddad was the Managing Director of HTD Consulting, a consulting practice focusing on eLearning design and development, HR Consulting, HR Administration and delivering Training.
With Meirc, Mr. Haddad conducts a variety of training programs in the areas of Training & Development, Leadership & Management, Human Resources Management and Interpersonal Skills & Self Development. Other areas of expertise and interest include social media, human performance technology, coaching, customer service, hospitality management, eLearning design and development.
