Mr. Awad is a Senior Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a Masters degree in Development Economics from the University of Leicester, UK.

Mr. Awad held several faculty positions as well as several managerial positions before joining Meirc. As a faculty member in the School of Business at both the Lebanese American University and the American University of Beirut, he taught a wide variety of management and economics courses. While holding the Corporate Communication Officer position at the American University of Beirut, he was in charge of branding the Business School and building its image as well as linking it through innovative partnership programs with the outside corporate world. Mr. Awad also held the Statistics Manager position at Trans Mediterranean Airways in Lebanon where he managed a team of several employees.

Mr. Awad conducts training programs for Meirc in the areas of management, supervision, leadership, human resources, and behavioral skills.
