Fuad W. Awad - Partner |

Fuad William Awad is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Awad held several faculty and managerial positions before joining Meirc. As a business school faculty at both the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese American University, he taught a wide variety of HR, Management and Economics courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. Mr. Awad is the founder of the Human Resources Institute (HRI) at the Lebanese American University and its director between 1998 and 2005. He spearheaded and managed a large number of HR training and consulting projects for major organizations in the Middle East region. In addition to his teaching and research duties at the Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut, Mr. Awad was in charge of launching the School’s Middle East HR Forum which brought under its umbrella some of the top senior HR professionals in the region. Throughout his career with both universities, Mr. Awad traveled widely in the Middle East region delivering training and consulting services in the fields of HR Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management and Leadership. Mr. Awad conducts various training programs for Meirc in the areas of HR management, leadership, and behavioral skills. In addition to his training duties, Mr. Awad delivers specialized HR consulting services to a large variety of corporations. |
