Senior Management Consultant - Meirc Training & Consulting

Mr. Azzam is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor´s degree in Public Administration and a Master´s degree in Management from the American University of Beirut. He has also completed a number of post-graduate courses in management at the University of Southern California.

Mr. Azzam is a Certified Human Resource Management expert by the Management Education Institute of Cambridge, Boston. He held several senior professional positions before joining Meirc including : Systems and Management Officer with Saba & Co.; Area Program Director for the Middle East Area Office with the United Nations Children Fund; and a Senior Human Resources Consultant with the Arab Organization for Administrative Development, a part of the Arab league.

With more than 30 years of Top Management experience in Multinational and Regional Companies, Mr. Azzam´s specific competencies include strategic management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, marketing and sales, customer service, simplification of work procedures, public relations, behavioral and supervisory skills, as well as human resources management. Mr. Azzam´s consultancy services are in the fields of process and procedures simplification, sales management, mystery shopper studies, assessment of training needs, reorganisation and job description and evaluation. Mr. Azzam is the author of two books published by the Arab League, Organisation and Administrative Procedures in Institutions, AOAD, 1986 and The Organisation and Management of Events and Conferences, AOAD, 1989.
