Mr. Ayoub is a Senior Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Masters degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of North Texas in Denton USA and a Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems from the Lebanese American University.

Mr. Ayoub has over twenty two years of progressive work experience in the United States, France, and the Arab countries in the fields of management, teaching, IT, training and consulting. He has held several teaching and managerial positions before joining Meirc, and has conducted numerous executive and professional workshops to major companies in KSA, Kuwait, Jordan, and Yemen. As a faculty member at the American University of Beirut, The Lebanese University, and ITT Technical Institute in California, Mr. Ayoub taught a variety of courses in strategic management, business information systems and business communications. While in Yemen with Spacetel, Mr. Ayoub assumed the position of MIS Manager with responsibilities ranging from contract negotiation and vendor selection to integration and implementation of information systems. Mr. Ayoub also held the positions of EDP Manager with Commuter Transportation Services, as well as Systems Engineer with EDS Corporation, both in California, USA.

With Meirc, Mr. Ayoub conducts training programs in the fields of strategic thinking and planning, middle management, behavioural and communication skills, as well as customer service, administrative and office management competencies.
