Alex-Ameer F. Ayoub - Partner |

Mr. Ayoub is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from the Lebanese American University and a Master’s degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of North Texas in Denton, USA. Mr. Ayoub also holds credentials in Vocational and Adult Education from the State of California, USA in addition to being certified in Occupational and Psychological Testing from The British Psychological Society. Mr. Ayoub has extensive experience in the USA and the Middle East in management, teaching, research, training and consulting. Before joining Meirc, he held several teaching and managerial positions while conducting numerous executive and professional workshops in the GCC and the Arab region. As a faculty member at the American University of Beirut, The Lebanese University, and ITT Technical Institute in California, he taught a variety of courses in management, MIS, and business communication. While in Yemen with Spacetel, Mr. Ayoub assumed the position of MIS Manager with responsibilities ranging from contracts negotiation to integration and implementation of information systems. Mr. Ayoub also held the positions of Data Quality Control Manager with Commuter Transportation Services, and Systems Engineer with EDS Corporation, both in California, USA. With Meirc, Mr. Ayoub conducts training in the fields of strategic management, middle management and supervisory skills. He also specializes in negotiation, communication and problem solving skills. In addition to his expertise in the areas of Psychometric testing and employee assessment, Mr Ayoub also provides training in recruitment, interviewing, and selection skills. |
