Mr. Elbaz is a Senior Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University, a Master of Science in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, and an MBA with concentration on Management Information Systems from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Elbaz has certification in Project Management (PMP®) and is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI®). He is also a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Mr. Elbaz has over fifteen years of experience in project management, contract administration, supply chain management and business development management. With Ford Motor Company in Michigan, he was Program Manager responsible for the preparation of project scope, maintaining schedules, administrating contracts with the vendors, tracking budgets and reporting performances in both program level and project level. As Project Manager with Danlaw Inc. and Consultant with Daimler Chrysler and General Motors, Mr. Elbaz assumed responsibilities ranging from project launching to market research and from risk assessment to developing product quality assurance plans. Mr. Elbaz experience included projects in different areas including product development, Information Technology (application and infrastructure), industrial facilities, quality programs and maintenance projects. On a different front, Mr. Elbaz was part-time lecturer at the University of Phoenix and Baker College in the United States. With Meirc, Mr. Elbaz conducts a variety of training programs in the areas of Project Management including Preparation for PMP® Certification, Contract preparation and administration, Procurement Management & Supply Chain Management, Maintenance Management as well as Quality Management. |
