Mr. Sadeq is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Masters degree in Financial Economics from the American University in Washington DC. Mr. Sadeq is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Mr. Sadeq held senior management level positions in the U.S. Corporate sector and in the academia. He assumed the Director of Finance & Information Technology position for Sgt. Peppers, LLC, and The Corporate Controller for The Corporation for Public Broadcasting where he managed a $400 million investment portfolio. Other employers were International Business Machines (IBM), American Airlines (AA), and The Bank of Kuwait & Middle East (BKME). Mr. Sadeq also held Adjunct Professorship positions in Business and Economics at American University, Southeastern University and Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), teaching Graduate MBA and undergraduate level Business Management, Finance, Economics, and Accounting courses.

Mr. Sadeq's primary training and consulting interests focus on Business and Financial Management with broad experience in Business Strategy, Financial Economics, Investment and Financial Analysis. He also has extensive Professional, Training and Consulting experience in the fields of Portfolio Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Budget Preparation, Analysis and Projections, Financial Report writing, and Leadership Management.
