Ahmad M. Rashid - Senior Consultant

Project Management Training, Leadership Training Consultant

Mr. Rashid is a Senior Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University of Science & Technology and an M.B.A from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the United States. Mr. Rashid also has certification in Project Management (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mr. Rashid held several senior level managerial and academic positions before joining Meirc. He was the General Manager of the Arena Educational & Multicultural Complex in Amman, Jordan as well as having the position of Business Instructor at Amman University where he taught Contemporary Issues in Management, Project Management, and Quantitative Analysis. During his stay with Amman University, Mr. Rashid initiated the establishment of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and later was assigned as Manager of the office. Also, Mr. Rashid had the roles of Project Manager and Trainer for the UNDP Mine Action Middle Managers Program that was run by both Amman University and Cranfield University, UK. Prior to that, Mr. Rashid worked in the area of Planning and Business Development for Al-Fozan Group of Companies in Saud Arabia where he conducted feasibility studies and led a team to develop a corporate identity for the Holding company as well as assisting group subsidiaries in developing their annual business plans and projections.

Mr. Rashid conducts training programs for Meirc in the areas of management, project management, supervision, administration, behavioral skills, and self-development.
