Mr. Rashid is a Partner with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jordan University of Science & Technology and an M.B.A from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in the US. Mr. Rashid also holds a certificate of Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A & Level B Intermediate) from the British Psychological Society (BPS), and Certificates in Occupational Testing and Occupational Personality Questionnaires (OPQ) from Saville & Holdsworth (SHL). Mr. Rashid is also a registered member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Before joining Meirc, Mr. Rashid held several senior managerial and academic positions. He was the General Manager of the Arena Educational & Multicultural Complex in Amman, Jordan while being a Business Instructor at Amman University where he taught Management Classes and Project Management. During his tenure with Amman University, he initiated the establishment of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and was later assigned as Manager of the Center. Mr. Rashid also held the roles of Project Manager and Trainer for the UNDP Middle Managers Program which was run by Amman University and Cranfield University, UK. Prior to that, Mr. Rashid worked in the area of Planning and Business Development for Al-Fozan Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia.
With Meirc, Mr. Rashid conducts training programs in the areas of leadership, management, project management, supervision, administration, behavioral skills, and self-development. He also provides consulting expertise in the area of assessment centers.
