Mr. Ghannoum is a Management Consultant with Meirc Training & Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and an International Executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. Mr. Ghannoum is also an alumnus of the Executive Program in Strategy & Organization at Stanford University.
Mr. Ghannoum is extensively experienced in Strategy Consulting and Supply Chain Management. In 1999, he launched his career in Istanbul, where he managed the supply chain of FMCG industry leaders Dole Fresh Fruits, Sadia and Tyson Foods in Turkey and the CIS countries. He later developed and led the procurement department for telecom provider MTN in Conakry, Guinea. Prior to joining Meirc, Mr. Ghannoum operated as Principal Consultant with TCO Management Consulting, a Dubai-based boutique consultancy, where he advised leaders in the healthcare, media and government sectors on matters of Strategic Planning and Organizational Restructuring. Mr. Ghannoum has also been involved in a number of research undertakings and is the author of two acclaimed white papers on Public Private Partnerships in the UAE Healthcare Sector and Harnessing the Potential of Emirati Talent.
At Meirc, Mr. Ghannoum facilitates training programs in the areas of Strategy, Organizational Planning and Materials Management. He also specializes in a number of Organizational Behavior topics such as Interpersonal, Communication and People Management Skills. In addition to training, Mr. Ghannoum’s expertise is invested in consultancy assignments relating to Strategic Planning, Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Design and Project Implementation.
