With the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or a PhD from a recognized university
• Practical work experience of 7+ years in a major or multinational organization
• Age bracket (35 - 45). Male
• Presentation skills along with training experience
• PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)
• Ability to travel within the Middle East and the Arabian Gulf region
• Solid experience in providing training in a variety of soft skills related topics would be an added advantage.

The selected applicant will be based in Dubai and expected to travel within the region.
